The place was extremely clean! We really enjoyed playing pool/billiards, using the barbecue/grill and the backyard campfire. Lee is also very responsive and friendly! Would definitely consider booking this place again in the future.

We really enjoyed our mini vacation at Lee’s homey upstate retreat. Lee’s place was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed using the grill to make burgers for dinner, and then after sitting by the fire place watching movies. Waking up to the foliage in the morning with a cup of coffee on the deck was our favorite. Super peaceful and relaxing. Just what we needed!

Wonderful quiet place. Roomy, yet cozy. The billiard table and theater room was a great bonus to have. It rained the majority of the time, so having indoor activities was a huge plus. This place is very well kept and clean. The host is very quick to respond to any questions we had. I would recommend this place and will likely return.
